Bookshop Description

The Bookhouse opened its doors for the first time in Monifieth in December 2017. We re-located to our current home in Broughty Ferry in September 2020. As a community bookshop we stock a wide range of Adult, Young Adult and Children's titles. We are always renewing our stock to ensure that we can provide the kind of books that people want. In addition to over one thousand books in the shop, we have access to over five million books from UK and worldwide. We work with local schools and care homes to promote reading amongst all ages and provide books in an accessible way. We have eight adult book clubs which meet once a month.
