If you're a lucky winner or runner-up, we'll email you from a @booktokens.co.uk email address. If we don't hear back within 14 days, we'll often pick a new entrant – so keep an eye on your inbox!
For our Discover First prize draws, the prize is sent directly to winners using the postal address provided upon entry, and we'll email to let you know the copy is on its way.
If the competition or prize draw ended more than a month ago, and you haven't heard from us, you've not been successful this time. We give away exciting prizes every month, so keep an eye on our newsletters, social media channels, or our website for the latest!
We will make the last name and county of winners available on request. Please make this request to booktokens@booktokens.co.uk and state the name of the prize draw in the subject line. The request must be received within 10 weeks of the closing date.
If you've received an email from us to say you've won a competition or prize draw, congratulations! You can either reply directly to that email (which will be from a @booktokens.co.uk address) or contact us using the below online form to send your details. We'll send your prize out as soon as possible.
No, you can enter our competitions and prize draws without opting in to our emails (except for our monthly subscriber-only prize draw) or creating an account. It will not affect your chances of winning, or stop us from contacting you if you win.
However, if you want to be the first to hear about all our latest competitions, book recommendations, quizzes, and more, you may want to be on our mailing list! You can sign up easily, or if you've already entered a previous competition or prize draw, create an account (go to 'Log in' and then 'Forgot / create password') and change your communication preferences.

No purchase is required to enter any of our competitions. You can view the terms and conditions for each competition before you enter.
All bookshop event and offer listings on our bookshop map are added by the individual bookshop, and are correct when added to the website. However, on occasion, events and offers can be amended or cancelled without notice.
If you have any queries about an event or offer, please contact the bookshop using the telephone number or other contact details listed on their bookshop profile.
When you search for your nearest bookshops, you'll also be able to view any events or offers they have coming up. To get the latest updates from local bookshops delivered straight to your inbox, just sign up for our emails (or, if you're already subscribed, use the links at the bottom of any of our emails to change your communication preferences).
You'll also see the latest bookshop updates in your account, if you've created one. You can edit or add your locations in your profile to make sure you're hearing from bookshops in your area.

To make our website easier to understand and navigate, all the book recommendations, competitions, quizzes, and features that you loved on Caboodle have now moved to this website – we’re just no longer using the ‘Caboodle’ name. You can find everything under ‘Win’ and ‘Discover’ on the website menu, or on the National Book Tokens Discover page.
