Founded in 1966, Kirkdale Bookshop is probably the oldest bookshop in South East London. We sell new, children's and second hand books as well as cards, gifts and toys. Every Saturday we run a children's Storytime (ages 3+) from 10:30am-11am and we host an Open Book Group every other month. We also hold author events, book launches and signings. Pop in and see us, we have been described as 'an oasis in a desert'!
